Last time we talked about operational upgrades: from intern to P4. I happened to be doing a review of operation promotion email list in the factory recently, and I will talk about the transition from P4 to P5 while the iron is hot. What are our evaluation criteria for P5? If we define P4 as "basic executor". P5 can be called a "deep executor". If it is expressed in colloquialism, it is a "proficient". If we use points, lines, surfaces, and bodies to describe the work of different levels of operational focus, both P4 and P5 are on the "point", but P5 is a larger and darker point. The specific standards are: Completely executed multiple projects (generally no less than 3) In-depth advancement and reflection on each project Able to understand the core goals of each project, and can clearly understand the relationship between the project in hand and the team's overall goals Ability to logically dismantle the target Be able to map the dismantled subdivision goals to your own work Be able to correctly face the problems of performing actions, draw inferences from other facts, and improve them I'm assuming that your team leader has organized your work well and given you the right direction. Generally speaking, when P4 students are promoted to P5, these two problems will still appear frequently: He will not dismantle his own goals, but will only do things according to the boss's arrangement. Does not measure the results of their own work, and has little understanding of the results that they can get from what they do. Let's break it down and look at these two issues. 02 How to do target dismantling? Generally speaking, the goals your boss gives you are strongly related to your project. Why is target disassembly important? Because there is often a goal that our operations cannot directly intervene. It cannot be directly affected by our operational actions, and cannot directly reflect the differences in our operational actions through data changes. Target dismantling is a fundamental skill of an operation. Through specific logic, the goal is subdivided into indicators that our daily operations can directly intervene. This is the essence of goal dismantling. When it comes to the basic principles of target dismantling, we have to mention the MECE principle. MECE, Mutually Exclusive Collectively Exhaustive, in Chinese means "mutually independent and completely exhausted". That is, for a major issue, it can be classified without overlapping and without omission, and it can effectively grasp the core of the problem and solve the problem. This principle perfectly matches the target disassembly logic. Generally speaking, target disassembly has the following two characteristics: The splitting logic is diverse, and it can be done horizontally or vertically. Splitting logic is not an independent mathematical problem, and cannot be split apart from the actual operation of the operation. How to understand the diversity of split logic? for example.
